  • Timeline: We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exclusions: * Customized Items: Custom-made Dupattas, bespoke handicrafts, and altered articles cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
    • Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene standards, undergarments and opened perfumes are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@rashabyrashida.com or via WhatsApp at 03296602982 within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the defect. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.

💸 Refunds

We offer store credit or product exchanges for eligible returns. Cash refunds are only issued if an item is faulty or out of stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
